Payments, Shipping, and Refunds
Payment Policy
Payment is made through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards.
Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after I have been notified of receipt of payment from PayPal. If payment is not completed and I have not received any contact from you within 3 days, I will assume that the transaction is cancelled, and will relist the item. If there is a special situation, please keep in contact me via e-mail (sobesataco@gmail.com) so I do not relist your item.
For custom orders - depending on the situation - I require prepayment, and will give you a time frame in which you can expect to receive your item. Please contact me HERE if you have a request for a custom order.
Shipping Policy
All of the packaging and shipping for SobeSata Co is done by me. I ship the items to the address listed in the PayPal transaction. Please insure that the address in your PayPal account is the address where you would like your item shipped.
If your item is a gift, or you would like your item to be shipped to a different address than the one listed in your PayPal account, please be sure to mention this in your buyer notes on the transaction and I will be happy to accommodate your request.
Items will be shipped 1-2 business days after I have been notified of receipt of payment from PayPal.
ITEMS SHIPPED WITHIN THE U.S. -
All items from SobeSata Co can be shipped to the entire U.S. Items will be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service, either via Priority Mail or First Class, and include a tracking number, which I will send to you via e-mail so that you may track your purchase.
FOR ITEMS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE U.S. -
Some countries may charge VAT and/or customs and/or taxes on imported items. These charges are the responsibity of the buyer. If you have questions about VAT/customs/taxes, please check with your local government/customs authorities.
Refund Policy
I always hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase from SobeSata Co.
All items are made and ready to ship so the photos you see are the actual item in each listing. Please read each description carefully as every item is different, and please ask any questions you might have for me prior to purchase, either HERE or email (sobesataco@gmail.com).
However, should a problem arise please contact me within 3 DAYS after receiving your purchase. Once you have had your purchase after 3 days and no contact has been made to me, I will assume that you are happy with your purchase, and no refunds will be given.
I will be happy to return any item if you are not completely satisfied and refund you the money (minus the shipping costs), on the conditions you:
-contact me within 3 days of receiving the item.
-send it back to me in UNUSED CONDITION within 14 days.
You must pay for the shipping costs, and refunds will not be given until I have received the item in question.
I do not refund for lost packages and I am not responsible, nor refund, for items not received due to an incorrect address.
